Security Flags
| Flag abbreviation | Flag Name | Reason |
| L | Location | Set if student does not give quiz from classroom |
| T | Timing | Set if quiz is not submitted within the submission time window |
| NS | Number of submissions | Set if a user has multiple submissions separated by 5 seconds |
| NQ | Number of quiz downloads | Set if user has downloaded any quiz instance more than once |
| OOF | Out of focus | Set if student goes out of focus from app for more than 10 sec |
| PCR | Phone call received | Set if student has an active phone call during quiz |
| DD | Duplicate device | Set if same device is used by two different students |
| E | Time Extension | Set if the student extends the quiz time |
| M | Manual | This indicates an OK from instructor to ignore other flags |
